“…The analysis that will be carried out on the topic of "business models" to create "sustainable development" is to reduce "barriers" which can be seen from the amount of research that has been done. From Figure 2 it is presented that recycling and business models show relatively small numbers compared to sustainable manufacturing and sustainable development [24][25][26][27][28][29][30]. This means that there is a great opportunity to research sustainable development as part of the impact of circular economy [19] through the use of green technology [20], individual and organizational innovation [21], to reduce various barriers in it [22,[31][32][33][34].…”

By optimizing the leadership role as a unique and inimitable resource (Hartnell et al, 2020;Kim & Beehr, 2018) organizations can build a superior organizational culture (Schell, 2019).…”

“…Drawing from resource based view (Barney, 1991) organizations must optimize unique organizational resources, cannot be imitated by competitors to build competitiveness (Mady, Abdul Halim, & Omar, 2022;Shmygol, Galtsova, Solovyov, Koval, & Arsawan, 2020). At the organizational level, leadership is a unique and inimitable resource (Hartnell et al, 2020;Kim & Beehr, 2018) because leadership is the art of building organizations at all levels (Cheung & Wong, 2011;Hendryadi, Suratna, Suryani, & Purwanto, 2019;Zeb, Abdullah, Hussain, & Safi, 2019) which ultimately builds an organizational culture that supports performance and change (Schell, 2019).…”

“…In modern practice, in the organization of work (or services) and cost planning for quality assurance, the largest share in the total costs is the cost of control, whereas the smallest is the cost of preventing defects (inconsistencies) [26][27][28][29][30][31][32]. This does not take into account that the control at a significant cost does not in itself increase the quality, but only allows one to separate the high quality from the low quality.…”
