Abstract: Object. In this study, bioinformatics analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and signaling pathway activities in different progression stages of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and pre- and post-chemoimmunotherapy (CIT) treatment was performed.
