Analysis of Digital Elevation Model in Vaniyar River Basin, South India Using SRTM Data and GIS Techniques

Abstract: In the present study, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) is used for the analysis of slope and aspects. The elevation features of a hilly terrain can be easily investigated using Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) data and GIS methods.
