Abstract: Aims: To study the potential genotoxicity of two polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), exposed cultured human leukocytes in vitro using two types of biomarkers genotoxicity: DNA strand breaks (DNA-SB) and adduct formation (DNA-PAHs).
