Analysis of Gender Diversity Within Foot and Ankle Surgery Fellowship Programs

Abstract: Background: Women continue to be underrepresented in orthopaedic surgery. This study seeks to evaluate gender diversity of faculty and trainees at foot and ankle surgery fellowship programs.
