Analysis of Green Economy Trends in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation: Project Approach

Abstract

The issues of development of the green economy in the framework of the strategy of industrial development of the Arctic are considered. On the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), promising projects in the field of nature management and environmental protection are analyzed. The necessity of using the project approach in environmental management is justified.
