Abstract:Commonly available Indian foods containing rich sources of macronutrients (Ca and Mg) and trace elements (Fe and Zn). Dietary intake of these foods will reduce the diseases like prematurity, Rickets, Renal disease, Anemia, Hyperkalemia, Anuria, Tissue damage etc,.
