Abstract:An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was used for the simultaneous detection of four metabolites of nitrofuran (NF) antibiotics in eight animal-derived foods, namely porcine muscle, chicken, fish, duck, pork liver, crab, shrimp, and egg.
