Analysis of microcirculatory disorders in inflammatory processes in the maxillofacial region on based of optoelectronic methods

Abstract: This article discusses the use of photoplethismographic method for the analysis of inflammatory processes. The aim is to show the effectiveness of using of photoplethismographic method in the analysis of the microcirculation level of peripheral vascular in inflammatory processes. As a result of researches that carried out at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery of the Vinnitsa National Medical University, it was examined 30 patients (21 men and 9 women aged 20 to 60 years) with odontogenic abscesses and phl… Show more

“…As a result of segmentation, a three-dimensional model of the lungs was obtained in the STL format, shown in Figure 2, and its segmentation was carried out to eliminate visualization artifacts (Figure 2, b). Using the FreeCAD software, the bracket was modeled in real physical dimensions, which was later merged into one model with the lungs 15,16,17 . Next, the resulting model was loaded into the specialized software MeshMixer 20,21 , which allows you to perform various manipulations on the three-dimensional models before printing.…”

“…As the E b /N 0 increases, the number of decoding iterations, which is required to achieve the needed BER, is reduced. In addition, it should be noted, that, when Q > 8, it is possible to achieve a slight energy gain (0,01-0,06 dB) for a certain BER [33][34][35][36]. It can be seen from Fig.…”

“…Thus, the GETS structure can be represented as a topology space, which includes subspaces of cells of the same phase and makes it possible to assess the position and boundaries of the dynamic contour of the process. Since the belonging of each cell to a certain phase is determined approximately due to the uncertainty of remote sensing, the topological space describing the structure of GETS as well as the boundaries of the contour of the spreading process are blurred [26,27,28].…”
