Analysis of microstrip discontinuities on suspended and grounded anisotropic substrates

Abstract: This article presents a comprehensive numerical study of resonant and nonresonant microstrip discontinuities that are printed on anisotropic substrates. The approach employs the method of moments (MoM), which is implemented for the gap, step, and stub discontinuities for the first time in MICs with other than biaxial anisotropic substrates.
