Analysis of Patients Undergoing Splenectomy for Spleen Masses

Abstract: Aims: Spleen masses, which are discovered on imaging studies, usually create difficulty in diagnosis and treatment. Except for lymphomas involving the spleen, primary and secondary neoplasms are rare and discovered by chance.
