Abstract:Intersampling vibrations of a sampled-data positioning control system may lead to degrade the performance and reliability of mechatronic products. Such vibrations are caused by mechanical resonances with frequencies beyond the Nyquist frequency of the control system. To address this problem, we analyzed residual vibrations using a shock response spectrum (SRS) analysis employed for characterizing transient characteristics of mechanical resonances. We showed that the acceleration input in sampleddata control sy… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
