Analysis of Right to Health Using Queueing Theory: A Critical Overview

Abstract: The Rajasthan Government has passed a “Right to Health Bill 2023” on March,21 and became the first state to enact a Right to Health Act. The bill gives every resident of the state the right to avail free Out Patient Department (OPD) services and in Patient Department (IPD) services at all public health facilities.
