This research aims to discover misconceptions about momentum and impulse concepts. The research method used in this research is a mixed method. The subjects of this research were students majoring in physics from the classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021 who had taken the basic physics course I, with a total sample of 44 students. The instrument used was 15 four-level multiple diagnostic tests. Research data was obtained based on student answer patterns on a four-level multiple-choice test. The results of the research show that students' conceptual understanding of momentum and impulse material using the four-level diagnostic test is still relatively low, as seen from the percentage of students who partially understand the concept at 46%, understand the concept at 30%, negative misconceptions at 10%, positive misconceptions at 9%, and positive misconceptions at 5%. Some of the misconceptions experienced by students regarding the concepts of momentum and impulse include: first, students assume that only mass influences the amount of momentum; second, they assume that the total momentum of a system of isolated objects is not constant; third, assume that the total momentum of a system of isolated objects is not constant, the fourth assumes that two objects of the same mass have different speeds, the sixth assumes that changes in the speed of a particle are only influenced by force and time and the last, namely the seventh, assumes that the process of collisions on smooth surfaces will move all objects.

Proses pembelajaran dengan model ini menuntut siswa untuk dapat menemukan, mendalami hingga menghadapi permasalahan yang dihadapi kemudian menguji kebenaran pengetahuan tersebut (Wardoyo, 2013) Adapun penelitian oleh (Safarati & Rahma, 2020) menunjukan pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep materi momentum dan impuls berada pada kategori sedang atau 53,3%. In the sub-field of mechanics, the concept of momentum and impulse is one of the materials in physics that experiences many misconceptions. As is well known, various methods have been applied to support learning for Impulse and Momentum material. This review aims to analyze the various application of learning methods. 30 scientific journals conducted reviews. The method used by the author in this study is to use some of the literature related to the title of this study. This review’s results will help readers find out what kind of method is appropriate for learning. Abstrak Di dalam subbidang mekanika, konsep momentum dan impuls merupakan salah satu materi fisika yang cukup banyak mengalami miskonsepsi. Seperti yang sudah diketahui, telah banyak diterapkan berbagai metode yang menunjang pembelajaran untuk materi Impuls dan Momentum. Tujuan dari review ini adalah untuk menganalisis berbagai penerapan metode pembelajaran. Review yang dilakukan sebanyak 30 jurnal ilmiah. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam kajian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan beberapa literatur yang berkaitan dengan judul kajian ini. Hasil dari review ini akan membantu pembaca untuk mengetahui metode seperti apa yang tepat untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

This research was conducted with the aim of seeing and describing the influence of the Canva-assisted Problem Based Learning Model on Understanding Physics Learning Concepts at SMAN 7 Bengkulu City. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling and class XI IPA 3 was chosen as the experimental class and class XI IPA 5 as the control class. The design in this research is Nonequivalent Control Groups Design. The research instrument used was a concept understanding test. The results obtained in this research indicate the influence of the Canva-assisted Problem Based Learning Model on Understanding Physics Learning Concepts at SMAN 7 Bengkulu City. The hypothesis test used in this research is the Mann Whitney Test on the basis of decision making if the Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. The magnitude of the influence of the problem based learning model assisted by Canva on the understanding of physics learning concepts at SMAN 7 Bengkulu City, calculated by calculating the effect size, obtained an influence of 3.12, meaning that the influence given is very high.
