Analysis of the Aspen Growth (Populus tremula L.) Obtained by in Vitro in the Republic of Tatarstan

Abstract: The paper presents the results of an experiment on the propagation of aspen clones (Populus tremula L.) of diploid and triploid genotypes resistant to pith rot by methods of microclonal reproduction and their introduction into forestry production in the Republic of Tatarstan. The expediency of using this method for obtaining healthy aspen planting material has been substantiated, and the prospects for the reproduction of clone No. 35 with a triploid genotype have been shown.
