Analysis of the cost–effectiveness of dronedarone versus amiodarone, propafenone, and sotalol in patients with atrial fibrillation: results for Serbia

Abstract: The results of our model indicate that dronedarone is a cost-effective therapy compared with amiodarone, propafenone, and sotalol in patients with AF, if the outcome measurement is the number of years spent without stroke.
