Analysis of the design of ultrasonic electronic generators

Abstract: The design and operation of electronic generators for ultrasonic intensification of processes in gaseous and liquid media will be considered. General requirements and new approaches to electronic generators have been developed based on the analysis of the characteristics of modern piezoelectric vibration systems that perform large amplitude oscillations (quality factor, multi-frequency, multilayer piezoelectric elements). Continuous monitoring of system parameters and setting of optimal operating modes of the … Show more

“…When the samples are dried at a higher temperature, the increased heating energy increases the activity of the water molecules which leads to an increase in moisture diffusion. If we look at figure 5, it can be seen that the diffusion coefficients increase with increasing temperature because the evaporation of water in mulberry fruits is faster [15]. If we compare the black mulberry samples by Deff.…”

“…The volume of metal deformed by bumps on the surface of the cam in contact with the pusher sleeve, (12) The possibility of re-deformation of the deformed surface of the cylinder head profile is obtained by replacing the normal compressive force Р k,c , formed by the vertical deformation of the spring of the intake and exhaust valves , to the pressure between the cam profile and the pusher sleeve: (13) It was determined that the number of loads that cause deformation of the friction surfaces of the cam profile depends on the roughness of the fracture surfaces involved in the friction process, their relative elongation coefficient ψ and the friction fatigue index of the fractures t involved in the friction process [14], which is expressed as follows. (14) The value of determined from the expression (29); value of from the expression (10) ; value of from the expression (11); value of ; from the expression (14); the value of from the expression (4) and substituting the value of from the expression (15) to (7) and after some simplifications, the following analytical relation is obtained for calculating the bending speed of the ash profile:…”

“…The chemical and mineralogical composition and properties of natural clays often lead to the limitation of their practical application in various industries. In this regard, studies on the modification of the properties of clays deserve much attention, which is part of a large field of work related to the modification of the properties of solids [12][13][14][15][16]. The adsorption properties of clays can be significantly changed as a result of chemical modification.…”
