Abstract:Silicon carbide (SiC)/shape‐memory polyurethane (SMPU) soft robots possess programmable shapes and dual‐drive capabilities based on electrical and thermal methods. Enhancing the thermal conductivity (TC) of these composite materials effectively enhances the driving performance of the soft robots.
