Analysis of the efficiency of the linearization techniques for solving multi-objective linear fractional programming problems by goal programming

Abstract: Abstract. This paper presents and analyzes the applicability of three linearization techniques used for solving multi-objective linear fractional programming problems using the goal programming method. The three linearization techniques are: (1) Taylor's polynomial linearization approximation, (2) the method of variable change, and (3) a modification of the method of variable change proposed in [20]. All three linearization techniques are presented and analyzed in two variants: (a) using the optimal value of t… Show more

“…As a result, 131 people responded. According to figure 2 below, 47.3% were between the ages of [18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25]22.1% between the ages of 43-51, 14.5% between the ages of 34-42, and 10.7% between the ages of 26-33. As can be seen from the survey responses the majority of respondents fall between ages 18-25, which also shows that the majority of the public opinion which has been gathered by the survey will be that of a younger generation in Ulcinj.…”

“…To solve bi-level, multi-objective, linear fractional programming problems using the linear goal programming method, linear fractional objective functions must be linearized. This can be done using different methods [12,13,14]. Here we present the linearization method in [12].…”
