Abstract:The aim of this work is to study the etiological factors of failures after endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (EEDCR). We retrospectively studied the case reports of 485 patients (521 cases) with a relapse after EEDCR performed for primary dacryocystitis.
