Abstract

In recent years, the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly. As one of the important systems of cars, the research on the driving system of new energy vehicles is also of great significance. This article is mainly for the four typical work conditions of the car-driven axle case: the active conditions, the maximum traction conditions, the operating conditions and the maximum side force of the power of the force of the power of the car. According to the analysis conducted, the evaluation of a car's performance varies depending on its load conditions. When the car carries a full load of static weight, the primary focus is assessing the driving force generated by the axle case. Conversely, when the car operates at its maximum traction capacity, the key aspect under scrutiny is the vertical force exerted by the ground and the tires on the vehicle's exterior torque. In the case of a fully-loaded car, the assessment of lateral sliding primarily involves examining the side force produced by the axle case. Additionally, this article utilizes a concise driver system diagram to analyze the advantageous layout of the drive system in new energy vehicles. The obtained result has important guiding significance for the optimized design of the new energy vehicle drive bridge.
