Abstract:The problem with Prevention of mother to Child Transmission (PMTCT) among pregnant women in Bukittinggi City is that there are still many pregnant women who do not carry out HIV tests. In 2021 K1 coverage is 95% but HIV screening coverage is only 45%, this shows that there are still many pregnant women who do not know their HIV status even though they have visited a health service facility.
