Analysis Of The Relationship Between The Imagery Skills And Sportive Self-Confidence Levels of Students Participating in School Sports

Abstract: ÖzSporcunun performansını geliştirmede, sportif imgeleme ve sportif kendine güven gibi zihinsel süreçler etkili uygulamalar olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu becerilerin, erken yaşta kazanılması önem arz etmektedir. Okullarda sportif faaliyetler, okul sporları vasıtasıyla erken yaşta başlamaktadır.
