Analysis of the Use of Reflectors and Reflective Surfaces for Increasing the Light Efficiency of LEDs Based on AlGaInP Heterostructures

Abstract: The most common technological solution for increasing the light efficiency of the LEDs based upon AlGaInP heterostructures are discussed in the paper.
