Abstract:A vast number of neurodegenerative disorders arise from neurotoxicity. In neurotoxicity, more than 250 RNA molecules are up and downregulated. The manuscript investigates the exposure of chlorpyrifos organophosphate pesticide (COP) effect on total RNA in murine brain tissue in 4 genotypes for in silico neurodegeneration development.
