14Abstract-Enhancement of cost effective energy conservation 15 technology plays a vital role in process industries. Hence acquiring 16 star-delta based energy conservation scheme for induction motors 1 7 is common in industries. But the impact of transient and vibration 18 during switchover are the main hindrance of the star-delta based 19 energy conservation scheme. Thus, analyzing the effect of 20 transient and vibration is mandatory for predicting the machine's 21 life and to provide proactive solution to mitigate these upshots. 22 Therefore, this paper analyzes the effects of switching and 23 excogitated the mitigation technique (an economically best 24 strategy). In additional to this, the relative analysis is carried out 25 between existing energy conservation scheme and the proposed 26 strategy.
