Analysis of ventilation systems subjected to explosive transients: far-field analysis

Abstract: This report outlines progress in developing a far-field explosion simulation computer code. The term far-field implies that this computer code is suitable for modeling explosive transients in ventilation systems that are far removed from the explosive event and are rather insensitive to the particular characteristics of the exp 1 os i ve event.
