Analysis of Vibration and Acoustic Radiation Characteristics of Busbar Bridge System under Electromagnetic Force

Abstract: The numerical simulations for predicting the operation noise of threephase low voltage and heavy current busbar bridge under electromagnetic force are described. A 3D FEM structural model and a 3D acoustic model based on boundary element method (BEM) are developed. The vibro-acoustic characteristics of the system are calculated according to the natural frequencies and the mode shapes.
