Abstract:This paper is aimed at analyzing the performance of three different state-of-the-art image compression schemes namely Embedded Zerotree Wavelet (EZW), Spatial-orientation Trees Wavelet (STW) and Set Partitioning in Hierarchical Trees (SPHIT).
