Analysis on the Amount of Physical Activities of Taekwondo Taegeuk Pumsae Using Accelerometers

Abstract: This study measured and analyzed the amount of exercise in performing the basic pumsae of taekwondo, namely, taegeuk pumsae Chapter 1 through 8 using an accelerometer, calculated energy consumption from the amount of exercise, and proposed it as an indicator of exercise prescription for successful aging.
