“…The abnormally elevated and correlated peaks of Pb, Cu, Ag, Sb and Tl (Figure 6a,b,d,e) in all pyrite types, except for Py‐IIb, advocates occurrence of micro to nanoscopic inclusions of Tl‐Pb‐Sb‐Cu‐Ag sulfosalt (e.g., routhierite; Biagioni et al, 2013) or galena (enriched in Tl, Sb, Ag and Cu). The occurrence of dyscrasite (Ag 3 Sb) and, bournonite and boulangerite were previously reported from the vein‐type and banded ores, respectively in Rajpura‐Dariba (Mishra & Mookherjee, 1986; Pruseth et al, 2014). In addition, Ag‐rich tetrahedrite associated with galena and other sulfosalts are not uncommon in sediment‐hosted Pb‐Zn and syn‐metamorphic vein‐type base metal deposits (Cook et al, 1998), and may account for the correlated Ag, Cu and Sb distributions.…”

“…2) and produces maximal accord with petrological constraints discussed below. For this estimated wFAH AsSb, the following optimal values for the remaining two parameters in equation (2) As-Sb partitioning relations between fahlore and bournonite-seligmannite solid solutions in the Rajpura-Dariba polymetallic deposit, Poona, India (Mishra and Mookherjee, 1986) and the Julcani mining district, Peru (Goodell and Petersen, 1974) provide evidence that W~As~ is near the upper boundary established from the experimental data, 4.8 kcal/gfw. Assuming that the entropy of the As-Sb exchange reaction (eq.…”

“…The conventional methods have their place, but these are proving to be less effective as new terrains are increasingly more difficult to explore. Study of ore forming processes of sulfides and their relationship with volcano-sedimentary succession in Sindesar Khurd, Rajpura Dariba belt, Rajsamand District, Rajasthan was taken up by Samaddar (1987), Yadav and Sharma (1989), Misra, B and Mookerjee, A. (1984), Deb and Pal (2004).…”
