Analytical Methods for the Detection of Contaminants in Crustaceans and Mollusks

Abstract: The paper overviews analytical methods for the detection of a variety of contaminants, such as pesticide residues, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, polychlorinated biphenyls, etc. in environmental samples – crustaceans and mollusks.
