Abstract:We conducted a pilot study to analyze the microbiome in cervical samples of women living with HIV with various profiles of HPV infections. The participants had an average age of 41.5 years. Sequence analysis of 16S rRNA V3 gene amplicons was performed using next-generation sequencing technology (Ion Torrent PGMTM).
