Analyzing DC and AC Magnetic Field Intensity, Distribution, and Relationship in a Hyundai IONIQ 2016 Electric Vehicle

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate the direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) electromagnetic field (EMF) intensity and distribution of an electric vehicle (EV). The results revealed that the EV generated DC and AC EMFs, which differed depending on the operation (resting, idling, and driving at speeds of 40 and 80 km/h).
