Subject. This article deals with a system of indicators used to evaluate the results of a scientist's activities.
Objectives. The article aims to develop a methodology for evaluating the results of the scientific work and organizational activities of a scientist.
Methods. For the study, we used the theoretical, comparative, descriptive, and analytical methods.
Results. The article proposes a point-based system for assessing the scientific work and organizational activities of a scientist.
Conclusions. The assessment of the scientific performance of a scientist and the organization as a whole should be differentiated by area of science. It is necessary to evaluate both scientific and organizational indicators of the scientist's activities. It is advisable to create a single information base based on the results of the scientist's research, which should contain bibliographic, scientometric, bibliometric data, an archive of scientific works, have a clear system for searching publications, and provide free access to the full texts of publications in scientific areas.
