Anatomical Outcome and Patient Satisfaction After Laparoscopic Uterosacral Ligament Hysteropexy for Anterior and Apical Prolapse

Abstract: Laparoscopic uterosacral ligament suspension is a valid uterine-preserving option for women with anterior and apical prolapse, with high anatomical and clinical cure rates and patient satisfaction.
