Androgen receptor negatively regulates mitotic checkpoint signaling to induce docetaxel resistance in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

Abstract: Background Despite multiple treatment advances for castration‐resistant prostate cancer (CRPC), there are currently no curative therapies and patients ultimately to succumb to the disease.
