Anemia, intractable vomiting, chronic diarrhea, and syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic secretion

Abstract: It is very important to suspect Strongyloides infection in a patient presenting with syndrome ofinappropriate antidiuretic secretion as hyperinfection and disseminated disease can be life threatening without antihelmintic therapy.
