Anesthesiology Residents’ and Nurse Anesthetists’ Perceptions of Effective Clinical Faculty Supervision by Anesthesiologists

Abstract: Most CRNAs and residents at 3 teaching hospitals considered faculty guidance that meets expectations to be at least "frequent," regardless of years in practice.
