Abstract:Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is a genetic disorder affecting 1 in 1,000 people worldwide. Intracranial aneurysms are an important extrarenal complication with a prevalence of 9 to 12%. The definitive management of an aneurysm includes surgical clipping or endovascular coiling.
