Anesthetic Considerations for Cesarean Delivery in a Parturient With Severe Gitelman Syndrome

Abstract: Gitelman syndrome is an autosomal recessive inherited disorder that impairs the function of thiazidesensitive sodium-chloride cotransporters in the distal convoluted tubule of the nephron.
