Anesthetic Considerations in Microlaryngoscopy and Direct Laryngoscopy

Abstract: Patients for microlaryngoscopy (ML Scopy) and direct laryngoscopy (DL Scopy) may present to the anesthesiologist from all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric age groups. Proper preoperative evaluation, adequate intraoperative care, monitoring, and postoperative monitoring will provide successful outcome in these patients. These procedures are daycare procedures.
