Anesthetic Implications of Malarial Infection in a Child

Abstract: Malaria is a life-threatening mosquito-borne parasitic disease, with a wide clinical spectrum and multisystem involvement. It is associated with high rates of mortality and morbidity worldwide, particularly in Africa and Southeast Asia.
