Stevens-Johnson syndrome: 3 case reportsIn a retrospective analysis involving 497 patients between January 2016 and June 2017 in India, 3 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed Stevens-Johnson syndrome during treatment with cefotaxime, vitamin-B-complex or tetracycline [routes, dosages, indications, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].The three patients received cefotaxime (one patient), vitamin-B-complex (one patient) or tetracycline (one patient). Subsequently, all the three patients developed Stevens-Johnson syndrome secondary to the treatment. Later, they presented for an ophthalmic procedures, and received unspecified anesthesia. No other adverse effect was observed.
