Abstract: Klippel-Feil Syndrome (KFS) continues to pose significant challenges for anesthesiologists. Beyond the expected complexities of managing difficult airways in these patients, they often present with systemic anomalies that can elevate the risk of morbidity during surgeries conducted under anesthesia.
