Anesthetic management of difficult paediatric airway in a case of large facial Neurofibromatosis – A case report

Abstract: Neurofibromatosis is tumor involving different parts of the body. Neurofibromatosis may potentially lead to difficult airway. These challenging cases need special considerations. Various anesthetic techniques and devices are described to secure the airway.
