Abstract: Anetoderma is an uncommonly reported dermatosis clinically characterized by discrete skin lesions resulting from elastic fiber loss within the dermis. Although primary anetoderma has been considered idiopathic, a range of associated disorders, particularly prothrombotic abnormalities, have been reported.
