Abstract: Open thoracoabdominal repair is the gold standard in the TAAA treatment. However, there are endovascular techniques, that sometimes may be an alternative, such as branched endovascular aneurysm repair (BEVAR) or implantation of the multilayer flow modulator (MFM).
