Aneurysmal Bone Cyst Involving the C2 Vertebra

Abstract: A 9-year-old boy presented with a 3-month history of cervical pain, limited range of motion, and a palpable "bump" in his posterior neck. After treatment with antibiotics for presumptive adenopathy and progression of the palpable finding, radiographs were obtained.
