Abstract:This is a report of research which compared male and female inmates' responses to the Multidimensional Anger Inventory. Male and female inmates received comparable scores on the composite. Female inmates convicted of person crimes had the highest overall scores. Males convicted of property crimes achieved the highest scores among the males. Correctional program implications are discussed.
